They've won 8 in-a-row. They have a 9 1/2 game lead over the 2nd-place Chicago White Sox in the AL Central.
You want storybook...here's storybook - Brandon Inge, who has endured the worst season of his 11-year career, hit a walk-off home run with 2 out in the bottom of the 9th inning to give the Tigers a 3-2 victory over the Minnesota Twins!!!
Inge was inserted into the lineup in the 8th inning as a defensive replacement for Wilson Betemit...
