Jacoby Ellsbury hit an inside-the-park homer. Jed Lowrie hit a 3-run dinger. Conor Jackson hit a grand slam! Dustin Pedroia, Jed Lowrie and Conor Jackson ALL had 4 RBIs.
The Red Sox offence had 20 hits and beat the Orioles 18-9.
Tampa Bay had the day off, so the Boston lead was restored to 2 games.
The Red Sox have 9 games remaining - 6 against the Orioles and 3 against the Yankees. The Rays have 10 left to play - 3 against the Blue Jays and
7 against the Yankees.
