GAME 3

Well, kids, it looks like Game 4 will be played tonight.
The A's shutout the Tigers 2-0 on Tuesday night.
Brett Anderson, Ryan Cook,  Sean Doolittle and Grant Balfour combined on the
4-hit shutout and struck-out 11 Detroit batters.
Coco Crisp made-up for his Game 2 flubbed basket-catch by robbing Prince Fielder of a home run with a sweet leaping catch over the top of the center-field wall.
Seth Smith hit a dinger for the insurance run in the 5th inning.
Tonight: Max Scherzer vs Rookie A.J. Griffin at 9:37 PM.
